Student and Parent Attendance—Scholarship Award Ceremony
- Scholarship winners are embargoed until March 3
- Do NOT preempt the public announcement of the scholarship program

BUDGET AMENDMENTS—Anticipated Institute Costs
- PA's must estimate transportation costs for parents and students
- Submit estimate of cost (use excel document) to be submit – January 29
- Sites in need of additional funds for transportation must submit budget amendment –January 29
- All required information and cost justification must be provided at time of request for amendment
- All required signatures must be included
